We will then review your application on a case-by-case basis according to the formal and professional requirements. Within 14 days of receiving your application, you will either be invited to attend our screening interview or receive a letter of rejection. Please understand that in exceptional cases it may take a little longer.
The screening interview will take place via MS Teams with our HR department. We would like to get to know you better and clarify the general conditions of your possible position in our team. Therefore, we recommend that you find out more about qnips in advance.
If the screening interview is positive for both parties, we will want to know more about your current skills. If you have applied for a position in software development, you will be given a short and workable test task. If you have any questions about your task, please feel free to contact us at any time.
Instead of or after the test task, you will have a second interview. Here you will meet the team leader for your potential role. We want to find out if you are a good fit for us, both personally and professionally. This is also an opportunity to clarify any questions you may have.
Congratulations! You've convinced us and now it's time to get to know our team and our office better. During your 4-5 hour trial day (including lunch), you will get to know qnips on site, continue working on your trial assignment or be given a position-specific assignment.
